Wagaman School End of Year Celebrations

As 2015 draws to a close, Wagaman School celebrated with award ceremonies, concerts, and graduation parties.

It is always satisfying to see the growth in student learning and social development as the year progresses.

A special farewell to the 37 Year 6 students who are transitioning into Middle School in 2016.

One of the biggest award announcements was Gracie AhMat receiving the Deadly Attender award. Gracie achieved 100% attendance for four consecutive years!

No student of staff member can make that claim readily. Gracie set herself a goal and kept to it! Gracie is an indigenous role model within the school. She is a high achiever academically and one of our student leaders.

Our School Council acknowledged the milestone by presenting Gracie with a mini iPad.
